Return Policy + Shipping

Returns + Exchanges

We do not accept returns on jewelry. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please send us an email at info@ravenandriley.com with your order number included.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must not show any signs of wear or damage.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs of exchanged items. We do recommend a tracking number when shipping your return as we will not be able to process the exchange if the return package is not received.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange and are considered final sale.

Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the original shipment package. Instead, please email us at info@ravenandriley.com with your order number.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for an exchange (see exchange policy above) or gift credit. Please email us with questions regarding gifts.

To wash leather made from deer skin, use a mild soap and water. Deerskin is very absorbent, so avoid rubbing stains in an attempt to get them out. You will only succeed in working the stain in further. Instead, blot stains carefully. For greasy stains, sprinkle baby powder on the stain and allow it to soak up the grease overnight. Then, use a soft brush to brush away the soiled powder.

Avoid using water-repellant conditioners or treatments on the leather because it will affect the breathability of the skin. Read the labels carefully to make sure that any conditioner you use is rated for this leather. Test the conditioner on a small, inconspicuous part of the leather to ensure that it will not damage or stain the leathe
